I knew you'd come here eventually! So here it comes, what
you need to do in order to join: I'll give you the step-by-step ideas below, and as you will see, there are no actual steps :) So please, no matter if you wanna give us some great news about cool upcoming
events, enroll your
band, search for members or simply want to have your
material posted on the site, just
e-mail us with the following
- The band's name, hometown, genre, logo (if any), short description, current lineup with both filled and vacant posts, audio/video materials if you have any, and by all means, you can let us know if you have any specific idea about how your page should look. Don't forget, we'll be keeping in touch as you'll want to constantly update the info on your page, so why not take full advantage of this and be a part of the whole process? After all, it's your visit card;
- Your nick/stage/screen name, title of the material and a short description, so that we can make a special place just for you, in any of the 8 categories listed in the
Material section;
- General info of what you wrote about in your
interview,
review or
gear rundown, what the
photos are about, who's playing in a particular
audio or
video clip, what's the
live stream about, etc., you get it. Just don't send ambiguous stuff with no author, no details, or no info of any sort. Other than that, things should work pretty ok!
Now all these things above are meant to merely simplify the process of people having their stuff posted on the website, BUT don't think it's a set of strict rules by which you must follow. Of course, some things are imperative by nature, like you really must give us the name of the band if, for example, you wanna have your band listed, but there are also detalis that can be skipped, especially if you wanna keep them, say, not so public.
So again, please send us your
e-mails regarding any sort of things you want to be involved in (bands, news, clips, shows, tutorials, reviews, etc.), and ALSO, don't forget to
write us if you'd like any particular thing to be changed. We're 100% open to feedback ;)
